Hello.
GAiN is a guide to meditation and exploration of gratitude and awareness.
Of all the positive emotions, gratitude is the one that has the greatest impact on our lives.
Yet it is also the easiest emotion to cultivate through meditation-based practice.
The fruit of meditation is awareness.
Awareness is the power to notice how you are in the moment (thoughts, emotions, feelings, behaviors, words, etc.), which allows you to be yourself and gives you the power to choose.
[GAiN] researches, develops, and implements individual meditation practices and group meditation programs tailored to each person's purpose, habits, and stage of life, with the goal of cultivating the power of awareness and fostering gratitude.
GAiN is based in Seoul, South Korea, so in-person classes are currently only available in South Korea.
We are preparing online classes so that more people can benefit from GAiN's research.
GAiN teaches you how to use meditation as a tool for healthy living.
How to meditate, how to make meditation a habit, how to apply meditation to your life, etc.
We'll show you how to choose the soil, plant the seed, nurture and cultivate it so that anyone can blossom and nourish their own mind with meditation.
